We've been progressively upgrading our online and mobile banking services to improve your digital experience. Over the next few months we will be introducing further enhancements, including key updates to our platforms.

What to expect

Online banking updates

Over the coming weeks, your online banking experience will be different. It will be simpler and more straightforward to bank online with us.

However, you'll experience temporary changes to how you access some features while we continue to upgrade the service.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause you and ask for your understanding during the transition. 

Mobile banking overview

To ensure seamless access to your accounts on your phone or tablet, please make sure you've downloaded the most up-to-date HSBC Armenia app. This app has been built with the needs of Armenia residents in mind.

Important note: The below mentioned mobile banking functions are temporarily unavailable but can be accessed by logging on online banking with desktop or mobile.

  • Open Term Deposit
  • New transfer within HSBC Bank Armenia
  • New transfer to other local bank
  • Overseas transfer
  • Loan payment
  • Send a message

When selecting “Open new term deposit”, “Online registration”, “Offline reset of security details”, “Activate Security device”, “Change mobile banking password” online banking functions on the site will link back to the previous online banking service, until the subject functions are migrated to the new platform.
