What's changing for payments or transfers?
Our enhanced move money feature will replace the traditional transfer options, making it simpler for you to move money between accounts and set up payments.
How will you find out about the changes?
We’ll be contacting you by e-mail and SMS to let you know when the enhanced online banking will be available.
So that we can keep you updated with important information, we need to make sure that your contact details are up to date.
You can update your personal details:
- by visiting any of our branches
- via your online banking services personal page by choosing “Update Personal Information” under “Services” section in the left hand navigation
- by calling +374 (60) 655 000, if you are subscribed to our phone banking service
How will you access the enhanced online banking service?
We are introducing the changes to our online banking and migrating our customers in phases.
Until you have been migrated, please continue to access online banking through https://www.hsbc.am/en-am/ using your existing credentials.
Once you have been migrated and we have communicated to you that the changes are available, you’ll be able to access the new online banking service through https://www.hsbc.am/en-am/ by using your existing credentials and following the instructions on the screen.
What to do if you do not remember your Username and Memorable answer?
You’ll need your Username and Memorable answer when you log on to the HSBC Armenia enhanced online banking service for the first time.
If you can't remember these details, contact us at +374 (60) 655 444․
Does it matter which internet browser and operating system you use?
HSBC Online Banking service is compatible with the below internet browsers:
- Firefox version 30 and above
- Google Chrome version 40 and above
- Internet Explorer version 10 and above
- Safari version 8 and above
And with below mentioned operating systems:
- Windows 7/8 and 10
- Mac OSX 10.9 and above
Please note that if you are using an operating system or browser outside this range it will not be compatible with the enhanced online banking service.
