Starting from 15 August 2024 the Bank has terminated HSBC Chequebook provisioning to individual customers.
Cheques drawn from individual customers's previously provided Chequebooks will still be accepted by the Bank until 15 November 2024.
Please consider the above deadline when presenting or drawing cheques, guided by cheque submission deadlines stipulated in the points 5.1 and 5.2 of the Chequebook Application Agreement. After 15 November 2024, please kindly destroy you Chequebook or return it to the Bank.
As an alternative to cheque issuance, you can make transfers or payments using our Phone Banking or Online/Mobile Banking services or by visiting any of the Bank’s branches. More details on service terms and tariffs can be found at the respective sections of the Bank’s website.
