Working schedule, credit facility payments and statements during the holiday season

Due to non-working days during the New Year holidays, the payment dates of “HSBC Bank Armenia” (hereinafter the Bank) loans principal amount and accrued interest will be moved to 8 January 2021 for all customers whose payment dates are in the period of 31 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 inclusive. 

Please ensure availability of respective funds in your accounts as of 8 January 2021 including the due interest, which may be higher than usual due to the payment date change.

Due to non-working days during the New Year holidays, your overdraft payment due dates set within the period from 31 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 inclusive will be moved to 8 January 2021.

Please ensure availability of respective funds in your accounts as of 8 January 2021, so the automatic payments can be processed by the Bank.

Due to non-working days during the New Year holidays, your credit card payment due dates set within the period from 31 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 inclusive, will be moved to 8 January 2021.

Please ensure the availability of respective funds in your bank accounts as of 8 January 2021, so that automatic payments can be processed by the Bank.

You can also make the above mentioned payment by yourself during the period from 31 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 inclusive, by transferring or depositing the amount directly to the credit card¹.

If the minimum or total amount due reflected in the statement (based on written instruction provided by you) is paid before 7 January 2021, then automatic charging will not be implemented.

Attention:

For all USD transactions executed in the period from 31 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 inclusive, the exchange rate² set by the Bank for 30 December 2020 will be applied.

For transactions executed in any currency other than USD, the underlying currency will be exchanged to USD by the transaction date exchange rate set by Mastercard International, Inc and USD will be exchanged to AMD by the exchange rate set by the Bank on 30 December 2020.

² The exchange rate can be changed in the period from 31 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 inclusive based on current market conditions. The changed rates will be published in the Bank’s public website.

Statement generation and provision dates of Bank products in the period of 31 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 inclusive are as follows:

Bank accounts and loans statements generation and provision dates are changed to 8 January 2021.

Overdraft statement generation and provision dates are changed to 8 January 2021 and include transactions made until the statement generation date. The minimum payment due date is changed to 13 January 2020.

Credit Cards

• If your credit card original statement generation date is in the period of 31 December 2020 to 4 January 2021 inclusive, the statement will be generated on 4 January 2021 and include the transactions made until statement generation date. The statement provision date will be 8 January 2021 and minimum due payment should be made within 15 days from the original statement generation date.
• If your credit card original statement generation date is in the period of 5 to 7 January 2021 inclusive, the statement will be generated and provided on 8 January 2021 and include the transactions made until the statement generation date. The minimum due payment should be made within 15 days from the original statement generation date.
