Service is already activated if you hold Mastercard World Black Edition card.

Emergency services abroad

Be more confident with your World Mastercard Black Edition card when travelling, even if you have lost your cash or card. With Mastercard Global Services your card will be re-issued within 48 hours, and you will be provided with emergency cash of up to USD 2,000 for your needs within 24 hours.

Mastercard Airport Experiences service considers 1 free entrance for main cardholder to more than 1200 airport VIP lounges worldwide during calendar year from 01 January till 31 December inclusive. Unutilized free of charge access during the calendar year not transferred to next year. If main cardholder utilizes 1 free access, then all consecutive entrances are chargeable. Before visiting airport lounges, please familiarize with applicable terms and conditions, as well as other details, by visiting https://airport.mastercard.com/.

Mastercard Airport Experiences is available on Mobile application, you can download the application from App Store or Google Play TM by entering Mastercard Airport Experiences and sign up according instructions.

Mandatory condition: travel insurance is applicable only in case 50% or minimum EUR 300 amount (whichever is less) of the trip cost has been paid by using your Mastercard World Black Edition Card.

Designated STATUS branch

Enjoy individual approach and feel the difference of being served in a specially designed STATUS branch built with a unique design and to international standards.

Branch operates in the centre of Yerevan at 4/1 Baghramyan Avenue.

Eligibility

You can become STATUS customer for free if you are HSBC Bank Armenia (hereafter Bank) customer and your account data meets any of the following criteria

  • the current average aggregate credit balance of your accounts at the Bank for the last three months is not less than AMD 20 million or equivalent foreign currency 
  • you are a STATUS customer immediate family member (spouse, father, mother, son, daughter)1 
  • your net monthly salary and alike payments are minimum AMD 2.5 million or equivalent foreign currency and are being transferred to your Bank account2
  • your current personal loan portfolio3 at the Bank is minimum AMD 100 million
  • you are HSBC Group Premier or Private Banking Customer 
  • the Bank may offer you to be STATUS customer, if you are shareholder or director of corporate customer of the Bank

 

In the future, if you do not meet the above set criteria you may still temporarily benefit from STATUS for AMD 20,000 per month4 on Bank’s discretion.

 

1Family members can become STATUS if the average credit balance of STATUS customer accounts at the Bank for the last three months was not less than AMD 20 million or equivalent foreign currency.

2You will be given grace period to replenish your accounts within the next 24 months after becoming a Bank STATUS customer, so that the average credit balance of your accounts for last three months of the above period should be not less than AMD 20 million or equivalent in foreign currency. 

3STATUS service will apply until loans whole repayment.

It is not applicable during 6 months after becoming STATUS customer.
