Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter the Bank) has reviewed the terms for provision of bank account information via SMS notification.
As a result of review, the following notifications on bank accounts have been terminated:
- Provision of SMS notification of weekly and monthly mini statements on bank accounts.
- Provision of SMS notification in case account balance exceeds the set maximum or falls behind the set minimum.
Please, note that your bank account statements will continue to be delivered to you by the communication channel selected by you as per the requirements set by the law.
You will continue to receive SMS notifications on credit and debit transactions of your account according to the respective instruction provided by you.
The amended terms are effective from September 13, 2018.
