We’ve amended our General Terms & Conditions for customer bank accounts, bank deposits, electronic banking and other banking services (for individuals, including sole entrepreneurs) (hereinafter General Terms & Conditions).
The updated General Terms & Conditions regulates the relationship between us and our customers.
They include important changes to:
- servicing and maintenance of bank accounts
- transactions made by cheque and other financial instruments
- our policy on crypto-currency transactions made via bank accounts
- opening, renewing and replenishing deposits as well as maintaining deposits for the whole period of the contract
