Overview of app changes
We're delighted to announce the launch of our new, simpler and more user friendly HSBC Armenia Mobile Banking app.
We’ve listened to your feedback and have made the following enhancements:
- Simplified log on journeyLogging on is now quicker and easier, and remains just as secure. You’ll be able to access the new app with one PIN you create in advance
- New look and layoutThe simplified design, with mobile-friendly screens and effective grouping of main functions, makes it easier for you to access what you need
- Biometric authentication on Android devicesYou can now log on with Android Touch ID as well as iOS Touch ID and iOS Face ID options
Simply download the new app from the Apple App Store or Google Play™ by typing 'HSBC Armenia', open the app on your mobile and follow the on-screen instructions to set it up.
