MYZ branch closure notification

Our analysis show that use of traditional branch services by our customers is continually reducing, while digital and online channels usage is increasing each year with currently more than 90% of remote and digital eligible transactions at our bank conducted by those channels, we are gradually transforming the way we serve our customers. We have already upgraded our Mobile Banking and Internet Banking solutions, modernised our ATM network, and our Contact Centre is providing an even greater range of remote services.

As a result of the above changes we have decided to close our “Zeytun” branch, effective 29 November 2021.

Our customers will benefit from our expanded service offering of digital and remote banking channels:

  • internet and mobile banking services provide 24/7 worldwide access to you accounts: the services are free of charge and we will be happy to offer you consulting on service activation
  • telephone banking services: provide the opportunity to make non-cash transactions as well as get detailed information on services provided by the Bank
  • the online platform for provision of banking products and services: provides the opportunity to apply for banking products and services and get unsecured consumer loans without visiting the Bank
  • the upgraded and updated ATM network: provides the opportunities to conduct transactions without visiting the branch. The ATMs located at our branches are also equipped with cash-in functionality. There will be an ATM with cash-in functionality placed close to “Zeytun” branch's current location

Branch banking will continue to be critical part of our service offering, combined with remote channels including Internet and Mobile applications, Telephone Banking and the expanded ATM network. We will be happy to provide any assistance needed with regards to access and usage of alternative banking solutions offered by the Bank.
