Registration


HSBC Bank Armenia ATM Card Please do not cancel or exit until the registration process is fully completed and you are presented with your Logon to Internet Banking page.

To register for Internet Banking, please complete the following steps:

  • Enter your ATM card number (without spaces or dashes), issue number (as shown on the picture) and PIN in the appropriate fields and click Continue.
  • Create a username (5-76 alphanumeric characters), which will be required each time you log on to Internet Banking. Click on Continue.
  • Select a Memorable Question from the drop down list, enter a Memorable Answer (6-30 characters) and confirm it in the Confirm Memorable Answer field. The Memorable Answer will be required during each logon to Internet Banking. Click on Continue.
  • You will be prompted to set up Online Reset credentials (security questions), which will allow you to reset your memorable question/answer as well as security device PIN code, in case if forgotten or typed incorrectly for several times. Click Continue.
  • Select Security Question 1 from the drop down list, enter Security Answer 1 (3-30 characters), complete the same steps for Security Question/Answer 2 and confirm them. Security Questions/Answers will be required during online reset of your Memorable Answer or Security device PIN code in case you forget it. Click Continue.
  • You will be presented Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully and click on Accept in case you agree to them or Reject in case you do not. In the latter case the registration process will terminate.
  • All of your accounts will be presented for selecting/deselecting for operation/viewing via Internet Banking Service.
  • You also have to enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number. Please type in your mobile phone number in the following format: 374XXXXXXXX (374+code+mobile phone number), in order to receive the alert notifications. Click Continue.
  • If you have not specified an e-mail address or mobile phone number, the system will prompt you to do so. Click Confirm to proceed to the next step or Change to provide this information.
  • If you have not specified an e-mail address or mobile phone number, the system will prompt you to do so. Click Confirm to proceed to the next step or Change to provide this information.

Logon


To begin your Internet Banking session, you need to have registered for the Internet Banking service. Please enter your Internet Banking Username and click Logon to proceed.


Navigation:

  • Click on “Please click here to logon as another user” to log on as another user.
  • Click on “Forgotten your memorable answer?“ to start online information reset. If you need assistance with this service please contact our Internet banking support centre at +374 60 65 5444 for assistance.
  • Click on “Need assistance to reset your memorable answer?“ to start offline information reset. If you need assistance with this service please contact our Internet banking support centre at +374 60 65 5444 for assistance.
If this is the first time you are logging on to Internet Banking, you will be requested to activate your Security Token. Click on Continue to move to Token Activation page. Please enter your Token Serial Number (10 digit number) with the format as requested on the page (XX-XXXXXXX-X), which can be found on the back side of the token, then follow the steps for activating security device. Enter the Security code generated by the token and click on Continue.

If you have already activated the Security Token, enter the answer to your Memorable Question and Security Code of your Security Token. Click on Continue.

Logoff

You may exit at any time during your Internet Banking session by clicking on Log off from the navigation bar.

If you had accidentally clicked Log off or decide you want to access your accounts again, click Logon again to start another Internet Banking session.
