Imports

Documentary Credits (DC)

Issuance fee 1. 0.5% of DC amount, minimum AMD 30,000 for DCs with validity of up to 91 days. first quarter
2. For DCs with validity over 91 days, 0.5% of DC amount for 91 days and 0.005% daily thereafter, minimum AMD 30,000.
Issuance fee is collected at the time of DC issuance in lump sum and is not subject to recalculation or refund in case of DC early repayment or cancelation.
Deferred Payment Bills (DPB) issuance fee
  • 4% per annum calculated on the bill (presented documents) amount and proportionally calculated for the additional period thereafter, minimum AMD 30,000, which is collected after advising the customer about receipt of documents by the Bank.
  • 1% per annum for cash covered bill (presented documents) calculated on the bill amount and proportionally calculated for the additional period thereafter, minimum AMD 15,000, which is collected after advising the customer about receipt of documents by the Bank.
Deferred Payment Bill (DPB) issuance fee is not subject to recalculation or refund in case of DPB early repayment or cancelation.
Confirming/Discounting bank fees All fees applied by confirming/discounting bank for DC confirmation, documents checking, deferred payment and discounting , which in any case are advised to the customer by the Bank and collected.
Amendment fee
  • AMD 25,000 for each amendment issuance
  • Additional issuance commission to be levied proportionally for amendments involving an increase in amount or extension of validity.
  • In case of change in security type, issuance fee is reviewed accordingly based on existing tariffs
  • Cancellation of DC is considered as an amendment
Payment commission In accordance with Tariff of Charges for Legal Entities of the Bank
Discrepancy fee The Bank will charge 125 unit of DC currency for each set of discrepant documents presented under the DC. The charge is paid by the exporter - the beneficiary
Overdue commission 0.1% per month calculated from the bill (presented documents) and proportionally calculated for the part of it minimum AMD 5,000 if payment/disposal instructions have not been received by the Bank within 5 working days after the date of advice of discrepancies.

Standby Letters of Credit (SDC)

Issuance fee
  • 1.5% per annum from SDC amount and calculated proportionally for the part of it for cash covered SDC, minimum AMD 10,000, which is collected at the time of SDC issuance in lump sum
  • 4% per annum from SDC amount and calculated proportionally for the part of it for non-cash covered SDC, minimum AMD 30,000, which is collected at the time of SDC issuance in lump sum
In case if SDC is confirmed, confirming bank's commissions will be charged additionally
SDC issuance fee is not subject to recalculation or refund.
Amendment fee
  • AMD 25,000 for each amendment issuance
  • Additional issuance commission to be levied proportionally for amendments involving an increase in amount or extension of validity.
  • In case of change in security mean, issuance fee is reviewed accordingly based on existing tariffs.
  • Cancellation of SDC is considered as an Amendment
Confirming bank fees SDC confirmation fees applied by confirming/discounting bank, which in each case are advised to the customer by the Bank and collected.
Payment under demand in case of default 0.3% of the claimed amount, minimum AMD 30,000
Payment commission fee In accordance with Tariff of Charges for Legal Entities of the Bank
Confirmation fee Confirmation fee for SDC received by the Bank in favour of the beneficiary, which in each case is defined considering the risks of SDC issuing bank and country, and is advised to the beneficiary.

Advising fee 0.2% of collection amount, minimum AMD 15,000, which is collected at the time of advising
Amendment fee AMD 15,000
Payment commission fee In accordance with Tariff of Charges for Legal Entities of the Bank

Discounting of bills
  • 0.25 % of the bill (presented documents) amount, minimum AMD 25,000 plus agreed contractual annual interest rate with, tenor up to 1 year
  • When the Bank negotiates/discounts presented documents, presentation fee is waived

Transfer of the whole credit (without documents substitution 0.5% of DC amount, minimum. AMD 30,000
Partial transfer of the credit (with or without documents substitution) 0.5% of transferred DC amount, minimum. AMD 30,000
Transferred DC amendment fee
  • AMD 25,000
  • Additional 0.5% transfer commission will be levied for amendments involving an increase in DC amount

Bank Guarantees (BG)

Bank Guarantees issued to Beneficiaries in Armenia

Issuance fee
  • 2.5% per annum of BG amount calculated proportionally for BG with validity of up to 181 days, minimum AMD 10,000
  • For BG with validity over 181 days, on contractual basis
Issuance fee is collected at the time of each BG issuance and is not subject to recalculation or refund in case of BG cancelation or early repayment
Amendment fee
  • AMD 25,000 for each amendment issuance
  • Additional issuance commission to be levied proportionally for amendments involving an increase in amount or extension of validity
  • Cancellation of BG is considered as an amendment

Other Tariffs

  • Providing of copies of old/archived information/documents – AMD 3,000 for each document1
  • Authentication and advice of received teletransmissions – AMD 25,000 for each teletransmission
  • Telecommunication/SWIFT (AMD 3,000 each), courier charges (according to invoices), correspondent banks fees and other incidental expenses, if any, will be additionally debited to the customers' accounts, notifying customer afterwards
  • AMD 10,000 account(s) servicing one-off fee is applicable for issuance of BGs, DCs and SDCs
  • All Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) fees and charges if paid to the Bank are payable upfront in Armenian Dram
