What is STATUS

STATUS is an exclusive banking package that recognises you as a preferred individual customer and rewards you with the privileges you deserve.

STATUS elevates regular banking to a new, more personalised level enabling you to enjoy the special benefits on the usual services and products provided by HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc.

Joining STATUS

The STATUS is free of charge if you meet any of the following criteria

  • Your average aggregate credit balance is not less than AMD 20 million, during the last three months
  • You are HSBC Group Premier Customer
  • You are a STATUS customer immediate family member (husband, wife, father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter)

In future, if you do not meet the above set criteria you may still temporarily benefit from STATUS for AMD 20,000* per month.

From the moment you become a STATUS member, an experienced Personal Banking Advisor will be designated to guide and assist you with your banking requirements.

Consulting

Your Personal Banking Advisor will consult you to understand your individual financial needs, preferences, requirements, objectives and will create a comprehensive product package adjusted to your banking requirements aimed towards achieving your financial goals.

Designated service area and dedicated teller counter

The specially designed and separate customer service area in our Main office underlines and proves our privileged and exceptional attitude towards our valued customer. You will feel our individual approach and difference when being served in this area. We have also thought of saving your time and will keep a teller counter ready at all times to effect your banking transactions.
