Refinancing is done as per Bank’s current tariffs, interest rates, terms and conditions. We will help you save money and ease your financial strain with our Refinancing loans.

To refinance your loan, follow these three steps and take advantage of this opportunity

Step1: Fill in the special application form, call 515 415 or visit one of our 7 branches.

Step 2: To receive the Refinancing loan, you need to temporarily pledge other property/car as a security, which can either belong to you or a third party.

Step 3: After receiving the refinancing loan and paying off the full amount of your existing loan in other bank, temporary pledge is subject to change to the property/car purchased/renovated with the given loan within three months after existing loan full repayment in the other bank.

HSBC Bank Armenia as the agent of Cascade Insurance, will help you with the process of insurance of your property/car. You can save your time by arranging insurance of both temporary and main security in our branches.

Main Terms and Conditions of Refinancing Loan

  1. Refinancing loan is provided with the same terms and conditions for the given loan.
  2. The maximum term of the refinancing loan is equal to the outstanding term of your current loan.
  3. In case of refinancing loan, the repayment scheme can be changed from annuity repayment scheme to reducing balance repayment scheme and visa versa in accordance with the Bank’s lending terms.
  4. In case of refinancing loan, the loan currency can be changed (from AMD to USD and vice versa) in accordance with the Bank’s lending terms (car loan is provided only in AMD).
