“Ayas” Nautical Research Club was founded in 1985 by a group of enthusiasts. The range of its activities is quite wide, including historical aspects of World and Armenian navigation and shipbuilding, reconstruction of ancient Armenian vessels, study of sea routes, old maps, navigation devices, banners, collecting data on Armenian navigators, making underwater archaeological surveys and research.26 different types of vessels (rafts, leather boats, log-boats, boats and ships) used in historical Armenia, were restored and reconstructed.
In cooperation with AYAS Nautical Research Club (builders and executing expedition crew of well known Cilicia ship) HSBC Armenia has sponsored a project aimed to restore old "Sevanian" sailing boats in Armenia.

Started in 2008, CNF is a conservation trust fund which is proven to be the most effective tool for protecting nature and wilderness areas, particularly in developing countries. CNF provides grants to protected areas (PAs) to supplement operating expenses so that they can buy equipment, prevent poaching, logging and other illegal activities, monitor species trends and ecosystem health, educate the public, promote tourism and sustainable development, and pay their staff. CNF works with PAs to improve management practices and with local experts and NGOs to monitor programs and ensure accountability. In cooperation with HSBC Bank Armenia CNF conducts “Khosrov Reserve protection” project aimed improve eco-literacy and develop eco-tourism among the population.

COAF works to secure a future for children in Armenia’s impoverished rural villages through improved education, health care, community life and economic conditions. At their core, COAF’s programs create and sustain opportunities for growth and progress. With the introduction of a unique clustering approach in 2004, COAF currently implements a Comprehensive Rural Development Program in ten villages in the Baghramian Region of Armavir Marz and two villages in Aragatsotn Marz. COAF is the 2008 grant winner of HSBC Global Educational Trust Future First program from Armenia and a partner in “Anti-Plastic Campaign” project.

WWF-Armenia implements projects in the following 6 focus areas: Institutional strengthening and capacity building through providing technical assistance to existing protected areas (PAs); Creating a network of protected areas (Econet) through establishing new protected areas planned by the Government; Conserving threatened species (Caucasian leopard, Armenian mouflon, Bezoar goat, etc.); Conserving priority biomes: forests, high mountains, wetlands; Promoting sustainable use of resources and alternative livelihood in rural communities; Promoting public awareness on environmental issues through mass media and communications. Partnership with HSBC includes co-funding of the WWF Armenia advertising video, development of Visitors Program in the territory near “Devil Bridge” (Syunik region), as well as “Education for underprivileged children” project.

"The Future is yours" Charitable, Social NGO has started its activities in 2003 by implementing projects in such important spheres as Education, Culture, Social, Civil Society, Human Rights, Environment, as well as projects aimed at development of voluntary service in Armenia and others. The organization within the framework of its mission implements wide range of educational, informative and cultural Projects in Yerevan and regions of Armenia as well as international and regional projects on developing legal consciousness of the youth. "The Future is yours" is the 2010 grant winner of HSBC Global Educational Trust Future First program from Armenia.

“Full life” is an NGO based in Stepanavan, Lori Region, Armenia. The organization implements projects for the most vulnerable groups of society; in particular protecting the rights of disable people and integrating them into the society. “Full Life” contributes to the strengthening of people with disabilities by providing them with educational, legal, health, social, psychological and information services, by improving public policy and by advocacy. “Full Life” is the 2010 grant winner of HSBC Global Educational Trust Future First program from Armenia.

“Armavir Development Center” NGO was established in 2005 and has the primary objective to promote the cooperation between government, business and public sectors for the sake of improvement of socio-economic conditions in the region. The NGO implements advocacy of vulnerable groups, rural population, human rights protection projects, anti-corruption monitoring in health and education spheres, community development projects, youth projects, research, publication, educational projects and so on. “Armavir Development Center” is the 2011 grant winner of HSBC Global Educational Trust Future First program from Armenia.
