According to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia each shareholder of HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc has the right to receive the copies of the latest annual report, external auditor’s report, as well as the information stipulated in subsections 4 and 5 of article 43 of the RA Law on Banks and Banking Activity. The Law can be found at the following address:

The abovementioned information will be provided FREE of charge within three business days after the receipt of a written request from the shareholder. The written request can be submitted to Bank’s Head Office or any branch as well as via hsbc.armenia@hsbc.com e-mail address.

A founding shareholder of HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc, appointed Chairman of the Board in 1995. A London-based investor, commercial developer and philanthropist of international repute. Member of Board of Trustees of Hayastan All Armenian Fund.

Steven Ross Sainfield Press, Board Member (Date of birth 03 March 1955).
Has been appointed as Board member of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC on 10 June 2009. Graduated from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Has been a partner Stoy Hayward, Chartered Accountants, London from 1976 to 1987. Currently is a Proprietor of Press Stanton Associates, London.

Ranjit Gokarn, Board Member (Date of birth 24 January, 1967).
Has been appointed as Board member of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC on 12 January 2010. Graduated from the Sydenham College of Commerce and Indian Institute of Management. Has occupied various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Currently holds the position of Senior Executive in HSBC Bank plc.

Has been appointed as Board member of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC on 28 April 2011. Graduated from the University of Edinburgh and Heriott-Watt University located in the United Kingdom. Has occupied various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Currently holds the position of Deputy CEO Continental Europe in HSBC Bank plc.

Has been appointed as Board member of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC on 28 April 2011. Graduated from the Loughborough University and the Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers located in the United Kingdom. Has occupied various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Currently holds the position of Head of Trade and Supply Chain - Europe in HSBC Bank plc.

Ara Alexanian, Board Member (Date of birth – 3 June 1957)
Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences. Board member of HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc since 1995 and HSBC Bank Georgia cjsc since 2007. Head of Sub-Faculty at Yerevan State University. Served as General Director of Armimpexbank cjsc from 18 June 2003 to 30 September 2007.

Has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc from 30 January 2010 and has been registered to that position by the RA Central Bank on 01 June 2010. Graduated from Southampton University and London School of Economics. Has occupied various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies.

Has been appointed as Board member of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC on 05 August 2009. Graduated from University of Bristol. Currently is studying at University of Liverpool (Distance Learning). Has been a Senior Vice-President, Marketing and Business Development at HSBC Bank Ltd, Mauritius from 2006 to 2008. Currently is the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Georgia JSC.

Mkrtich Loretsyan, Head of Internal Audit (Date of birth - 1 November 1970)
Has been employed in HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc since 1998. Completed the full course of study at Moscow State Technical University after Bauman in 1993. Before employment with HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc worked in the Defence Ministry of Armenia (1993-1998). Started employment with HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc as a Financial Control Department specialist, later has been promoted to the position of Financial Control Supervisor (2003-2006). According to HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc board's decision held the position of Head of Internal Audit starting from 13 July 2006.

Irina Seylanyan, Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Head of Markets (Date of Birth 3 February, 1975)
Has been employed in HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc since 1997. Completed the full course of studies at Yerevan State Engineering University in 1996. During the period of 2001 - 2007 has studied in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and was admitted as an ACCA member. Before employment with HSBC worked in several local companies as a computer programmer. Started employment with HSBC as a Financial Control Clerk (1997-1999) and was later promoted to the position of Financial Control Senior Clerk (1999-2000) , Financial Control Supervisor (2000-2001), Manager Finance (2001-2002), Head of Audit (2002-2006), Head of Markets (2006-to present). On June 19, 2007 was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank Armenia and currently acts in that capacity.

Vardan Grkikyan, (Date of Birth – 07 April 1968), Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Chief Risk Officer
Has been employed in HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc since 1995. Graduated from Yerevan State Engineering University in 1992 and from American University of Armenia in 1994. Held the following positions in HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc - manager of customer service division, manager of commercial banking department, head of commercial banking department. From July 24, 2009 has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Chief Risk Officer of HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc.

Gevorg Tarumyan, Chief Financial Officer (Date of birth – 23 May 1969)
Has been employed by HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC as a Chief Financial Officer since April 2008. Completed the full course of study at Yerevan State Institute of Economy on 1992, in 2004 completed summer school at the London School of Economics and is currently studying towards ACCA qualification. Started his career in the banking sector in 1994 in the Supervision Department of the Central Bank of Armenia, where occupied various managerial positions. During that period Gevorg Tarumyan was also in charge of coordination of the banking supervision for Armenia within the project implemented by the Basel Committee in the Middle Asia and Caucasus. In 1999 he moved to “Armimpexbank “ CJSC as a Financial Director and in February 2006 was appointed as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the same bank. In April 2007 moved to “VTB Bank (Armenia)” CJSC as a Deputy of General Director-Head of Directorate, Financial Director. Gevorg Tarumyan held various lectures on financial analysis and risk management for the employees of banks and financial institutions. He is an author and co-author of number of textbooks and publications on banking, financial analysis and risk management.

Has joined HSBC Bank Armenia in 1998. Completed the full course of study at Yerevan State University of Economy in 1999. During the period of 2002-2006 has studied in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has been admitted as an ACCA member. Started her career with HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc as a Financial Control Clerk (1998-2001) and was later promoted to the position of Financial Control Senior Clerk/Analyst (2001-2002), Financial Control Manager Finance (2002-2008). On June 19, 2008 has been appointed to the position of Chief Accountant of HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc.
