Every person is entitled to receive the following information about HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc:
a) the information and copies of documents stipulated in the subsection 3 of article 20 and subsection 2 of article 43 of Republic of Armenia Law on Banks and Banking Activity,
b) the information and copies of documents stipulated in the articles 16, 65, 120, 126 and 127 of Republic of Armenia Law on Security Market and point 48 of the Regulation 4/04 – "Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers" adopted by the Central Bank of Armenia.
Please address your requests regarding the mentioned information and document copies to Customer Service Department.
The requested information and copies of documents will be provided within three business days, except for Security Prospectuses which are provided on the next working day of the appropriate request.
The charge of AMD50 per page shall be applied for providing the copies of documents. The hard copies of Security Prospectuses are provided free of charge.
